The Challenge

The Residences at St. Boniface is a 17-unit new construction condominium project in Chicago’s Noble Square neighborhood. The project required a complete window and door package that could match the clean architectural design of the building while providing strong performance, durability, and a premium residential appearance.

The Solution

We supplied a complete exterior opening package, including high-performance European windows, doors, and an aluminum entry system. The window and door package was selected to provide reliable insulation, smooth operation, and a clean modern look throughout the condominium units. For the main entrance, we also provided an aluminum entry system with an electric strike setup prepared for intercom access, giving the building a secure, durable, and polished entry solution for everyday condominium living.
