The Challenge

This multifamily project required a window and patio door package that could deliver strong everyday performance, clean exterior sightlines, and long-term durability without overcomplicating the budget. The building needed reliable insulation, smooth operation, and a modern look suitable for residential units with frequent daily use.

The Solution

We supplied the project with REHAU ED70 windows and REHAU Synego patio doors, combining efficient European uPVC window technology with upgraded sliding door performance. The ED70 system provided a practical, durable, and cost-effective window solution, while the Synego patio doors added a more premium feel for larger openings, improved comfort, and smooth operation. Together, the systems created a consistent, high-quality package for the entire multifamily building.
