The Challenge

This 8-unit multifamily building needed a practical window and patio door package that could handle daily residential use while keeping the project efficient and budget-conscious. The goal was to provide better insulation, dependable operation, and a clean modern appearance across all units without sacrificing long-term durability.

The Solution

We used REHAU ED70 windows throughout the building for a strong, efficient, and reliable uPVC window system, paired with REHAU Synego patio doors for the larger balcony/opening areas. This combination gave the project a balanced package: cost-effective performance for the main window openings and upgraded comfort, operation, and appearance where larger doors were required.
